Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened and remains in its original, sealed packaging.

If your orders arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ensure the matter is handled with care.

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
